KVPS Light Scholarship Program 2023, implemented annually by KOMIPO Van Phong Power Service (KVPS) in collaboration with Ninh Phuoc Commune People’s Committee to provide financial support for students with excellent academic achievements.

On September 15, 2023, representatives of KVPS including Mr. Won Soyoen – General Director, Mr. Kim Dong Hyun – Administration Director, representatives of VPCL investors including Mr. Hiroto Kimura and Mr. Takahiro Araki – Executive Director, along with representatives of Ninh Phuoc Commune People’s Committee including Mr. Le Ngoc Minh – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee, Mr. Nguyen Khai Cuong – Vice Secretary of the People’s Committee awarded scholarships to 33 students, including 12 scholarships to students of Ham Nghi Secondary School, 11 scholarships to students of Tran Quy Cap High School, and 10 scholarships to students from universities under the household registration in the commune with a total value of VND 69,000,000.

The “KVPS Light Scholarship” program is an annual activity with deep humanitarian meaning to encourage the learning spirit of students living around the VP1 Project, and at the same time strengthen the good relationship between KVPS and the local community.
